About the Collection
Concerned with getting the information out to its members, CH.A.D.D. and the de la Parte Institute Library entered into a partnership in 1993. CH.A.D.D. would donate materials to the Library in return for services allowing their members privileges both to the CH.A.D.D. collection and other resources within the Library. From the Library's perspective, this has been a wonderful arrangement. It has not only allowed the Library to expand its service mission to the community but it has increased staff understanding of the issues of living with ADD or ADHD. This makes the staff better able to serve, and instruct, students or other professionals coming to the library on the types of information our patrons need.

We have catalogued the collection on WebLUIS/LUIS and you can also search it on the Institute's online catalogue or you can download this pdf file.

Circulation privileges
Members need only to fill out a privileges request form and they receive a courtesy card. For those members who have difficulty traveling to the Institute, you can request the books via inter-libary loan at your local library, or choose to do a mail-to service with the Library. Reference and research help
Library staff are always available to help patrons with literature reviews or other reference needs. We encourage members to call ahead with requests or send us e-mail.
