The second public meeting of the Commission was at the South Florida State Hospital in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The meeting ran from 9:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. To facilitate public access, the meeting was videotaped. These videotaped portions are being provided over the Internet to interested parties through the use of webcasts. Also available are links to the supporting documents given to the Commission by those persons giving invited or public testimony.
