Test Your Depression

Do you want to know how depressed you are? The following test, developed by the National Institute of Mental Health, and known as the Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression Test, may help clarify what you are feeling.

Select the answer that best describes your situation over the past week.

0 =  Rarely or none of the time (less than 1 day)
1 =  Some or little of the time (1-2 days)
2 =  Occasionally or a moderate amount of the time (3-4 days)
3 =  Most or all of the time (5-7 days)
