The Technical Assistance Portal for Community-Based Care is a service of the Florida Community-Based Care Partnership Project at The Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute (FMHI), University of South Florida, Tampa.
It is funded by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF).

The Florida Community-Based Care Partnership Project staff will share resources and expertise that will promote and facilitate community ownership related to child welfare services and Community-Based Care (CBC).
